I have friends who are avid olive oil fans and think I'm harming myself by cutting it out of my diet. I also love the new Prevent And Reverse Heart Disease cookbook by the Esselstyns.     Good summary. There are ways to prepare food that is flavorful without the use of oil. For instance sauté vegetables in water or vegetable broth. Thanks for the video.
