  • Eggplant Ragu with Brown Rice

Friday:

  • Lentil Patti with Hummus
  • Penne in Mediterranean Tomato Coulis

Saturday:

  • Granola
  • Penne in Eggplant Sauce
  • Split Pea Soup

Sunday:

  • Blueberry Chia Pudding
  • Zucchini & Eggplant over Brown Rice
  • White Bean & Kale Stew
