The Chef and The Dietitian-Apple Pie Smoothie

A quick, delicious smoothie that can serve as a meal, a snack, or dessert…tastes like frosty “apple pie in a glass.”

In a blender, combine the following ingredients and blend until smooth:

2 cups Almond Milk
2 cups Frozen Peaches
1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Butter
1 Frozen Banana
Dates, to taste (optional)
1Tablespoon Alcohol-free Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Ice
