I eat oats every day to reduce my cholesterol, does your plan allow for oats and whole grains?
Yes! I recommend a diet based on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices in infinite tasty combinations!
Hello, how many spots do you have left and how big is the group?
